"Kitchen-itarian": vegan at home, omnivore at work. Going w/ flow vs. documumenting battles w/ Narcs

Post by iSpoogeDaily »

Description

Came up with a work that captures the nuance of being a vegan but eating whatever's in the kitchen at work: Kitchen-itarian. Realizing there are narcs at work actively going to battle, and leaving it 100% in God's hands vs. trying to catch the snake behavior--how to not come off as the snake?

On top of not knowing how to describe kitchen-itarian, it can easily look like a first snake or weasel move to not be a normal vegitarian--"action and words don't line up." Can the situation be salvaged with integrity in tact, not looking like drama or a headache waiting to happen?

00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:05,000
Yo, and welcome to the Ice Boog Daily Channel.

2
00:00:05,000 --> 00:00:08,000
This is an experimental tech and media brand.

3
00:00:08,000 --> 00:00:13,000
So we're doing 20 minute videos every day

4
00:00:13,000 --> 00:00:17,000
and just talking about this, that whatever,

5
00:00:17,000 --> 00:00:19,000
homeless guy, the most part,

6
00:00:19,000 --> 00:00:22,000
hopefully won't be homeless too long.

7
00:00:22,000 --> 00:00:25,000
Today's supposed to be payday,

8
00:00:25,000 --> 00:00:27,000
but the paycheck didn't show up yet

9
00:00:27,000 --> 00:00:32,000
and who knows I'll go back later and see if it's there.

10
00:00:32,000 --> 00:00:36,000
So I came up with the word to describe

11
00:00:36,000 --> 00:00:40,000
the frustration I've had in the past,

12
00:00:40,000 --> 00:00:45,000
a couple past videos about being a vegetarian personally,

13
00:00:45,000 --> 00:00:48,000
but not professionally, like I work in a kitchen

14
00:00:48,000 --> 00:00:50,000
and I'll eat whatever's in the kitchen.

15
00:00:50,000 --> 00:00:53,000
So I'm a kitchenarian.

16
00:00:53,000 --> 00:00:55,000
I eat whatever's in the kitchen.

17
00:00:55,000 --> 00:00:59,000
And my kitchen only has vegan stuff in it,

18
00:00:59,000 --> 00:01:03,000
or sometimes goat cheese and honey.

19
00:01:03,000 --> 00:01:05,000
Research and development in a way,

20
00:01:05,000 --> 00:01:08,000
but in the last seven years,

21
00:01:08,000 --> 00:01:13,000
vegetarian and the last five years vegan, 100%.

22
00:01:13,000 --> 00:01:15,000
Except, of course, the goat cheese,

23
00:01:15,000 --> 00:01:17,000
since I started working at the grocery store

24
00:01:17,000 --> 00:01:19,000
and thinking about getting my own land

25
00:01:19,000 --> 00:01:22,000
and having goats on it.

26
00:01:22,000 --> 00:01:25,000
Energetically, I'm actually more Jane than vegan,

27
00:01:25,000 --> 00:01:29,000
but in terms of just consumer behavior,

28
00:01:29,000 --> 00:01:31,000
I'm vegan.

29
00:01:31,000 --> 00:01:35,000
Part of that is just not having a neighbor with goats,

30
00:01:35,000 --> 00:01:37,000
not having my own goats, whatever.

31
00:01:37,000 --> 00:01:41,000
So it's easier as a consumer to just be vegan.

32
00:01:41,000 --> 00:01:45,000
So I'm like 15 pounds,

33
00:01:45,000 --> 00:01:47,000
skinnier than I want to be at least,

34
00:01:47,000 --> 00:01:49,000
maybe 20, I'm losing weight.

35
00:01:49,000 --> 00:01:55,000
So, you know, never trust a skinny chef, right?

36
00:01:55,000 --> 00:01:58,000
So there's lots of sampling that goes on in the kitchen,

37
00:01:58,000 --> 00:02:02,000
people trying new recipes, people know that I'm skinny,

38
00:02:02,000 --> 00:02:06,000
and offer me stuff a lot, like today,

39
00:02:06,000 --> 00:02:10,000
a chef, or a cook made a salad,

40
00:02:10,000 --> 00:02:14,000
but they put bacon bits on top of it,

41
00:02:14,000 --> 00:02:17,000
and it was for a vegetarian, so it was a mess up.

42
00:02:17,000 --> 00:02:19,000
And so they got to throw the whole thing away,

43
00:02:19,000 --> 00:02:22,000
or give it to somebody, so I got a free big salad,

44
00:02:22,000 --> 00:02:25,000
that's like a $20 rich people salad.

45
00:02:25,000 --> 00:02:27,000
Yes, it had meat on it.

46
00:02:27,000 --> 00:02:32,000
No, I didn't pick the pieces of meat out, right?

47
00:02:32,000 --> 00:02:37,000
So, as a vegan, where's the moral problem there?

48
00:02:37,000 --> 00:02:40,000
Oh, you're putting on the 3D level?

49
00:02:40,000 --> 00:02:43,000
Yeah, you're putting badly vibrating stuff in there,

50
00:02:43,000 --> 00:02:48,000
but energetically, why can't you transmute it

51
00:02:48,000 --> 00:02:53,000
into, it's going to be garbage,

52
00:02:53,000 --> 00:02:56,000
or someone else is going to eat it.

53
00:02:56,000 --> 00:03:00,000
Like, I didn't order it, I didn't pay for it, right?

54
00:03:00,000 --> 00:03:04,000
So, that's a win for everybody right there.

55
00:03:04,000 --> 00:03:08,000
Now, if I really had a problem, I would not work at a place

56
00:03:08,000 --> 00:03:11,000
that does meat in the kitchen, because I'm a what,

57
00:03:11,000 --> 00:03:15,000
I'm a vegetarian, so I did not describe myself that way

58
00:03:15,000 --> 00:03:18,000
to anyone at work yet, but that's what I'm going to say.

59
00:03:18,000 --> 00:03:21,000
If it comes up again, I'm going to say,

60
00:03:21,000 --> 00:03:24,000
yo, I came up with the word, it's kitchenarian.

61
00:03:24,000 --> 00:03:28,000
That's why my kitchen has this stuff, this kitchen has this stuff,

62
00:03:28,000 --> 00:03:31,000
and I eat whatever's in the kitchen.

63
00:03:31,000 --> 00:03:35,000
That's going to catch on.

64
00:03:36,000 --> 00:03:42,000
So, the next thing is, yes, definitely narcissistic,

65
00:03:42,000 --> 00:03:47,000
not just one, but two people, one is more of a covert.

66
00:03:47,000 --> 00:03:50,000
They're both sort of covert.

67
00:03:50,000 --> 00:03:54,000
I'm not, this isn't a gossip or a drama channel, just like,

68
00:03:54,000 --> 00:03:58,000
I was correct to say, yes, I should put it in my two-week notice,

69
00:03:58,000 --> 00:04:02,000
because things, the way that they operate,

70
00:04:02,000 --> 00:04:06,000
so once you start feeling like you should start keeping a record,

71
00:04:06,000 --> 00:04:09,000
that's exactly the time to put in your two-week notice.

72
00:04:09,000 --> 00:04:13,000
Am I actually going to put in my two-week notice?

73
00:04:13,000 --> 00:04:18,000
I would love better advice about how to handle that,

74
00:04:18,000 --> 00:04:21,000
because what's happening is, you know, the boss hires me,

75
00:04:21,000 --> 00:04:25,000
he's super happy with me first impression is like,

76
00:04:25,000 --> 00:04:29,000
adding up, but then other people get jealous, get worried,

77
00:04:29,000 --> 00:04:33,000
they see my hours expanding, this is a normal pattern.

78
00:04:33,000 --> 00:04:37,000
Like, I don't, it's always too late, like,

79
00:04:37,000 --> 00:04:41,000
after the process where I don't start keeping notes soon enough,

80
00:04:41,000 --> 00:04:46,000
because I don't really believe in doing that.

81
00:04:46,000 --> 00:04:49,000
Put it in God's hands, it's just been like a natural instinct there.

82
00:04:49,000 --> 00:04:54,000
So it's like, there's just so many little behaviors

83
00:04:54,000 --> 00:04:56,000
that you can't remember them all,

84
00:04:56,000 --> 00:04:59,000
and it just makes you actually ego crazy,

85
00:04:59,000 --> 00:05:01,000
and be if you try to remember it all,

86
00:05:01,000 --> 00:05:04,000
you start to forget important things, your job performance slips,

87
00:05:04,000 --> 00:05:07,000
your distracted, and then the complaints

88
00:05:07,000 --> 00:05:12,000
that they're fabricating actually start to manifest.

89
00:05:12,000 --> 00:05:15,000
They'll say, oh, you know,

90
00:05:15,000 --> 00:05:19,000
so something that one of the managers noticed was like,

91
00:05:19,000 --> 00:05:24,000
it's weird how so much stuff gets dumped on in the last 15 minutes.

92
00:05:25,000 --> 00:05:28,000
Yes it is, yes it is, good observation.

93
00:05:28,000 --> 00:05:30,000
That's part of the key.

94
00:05:30,000 --> 00:05:33,000
You know, one thing when I run a company,

95
00:05:33,000 --> 00:05:37,000
it would actually be beneficial to not,

96
00:05:37,000 --> 00:05:40,000
something that I've known is a problem for a long time

97
00:05:40,000 --> 00:05:42,000
with this social warfare stuff,

98
00:05:42,000 --> 00:05:45,000
is everybody having access to everybody else's schedule,

99
00:05:45,000 --> 00:05:48,000
because they can plan out their warfare that way.

100
00:05:48,000 --> 00:05:50,000
They can be like, day, day, day, day,

101
00:05:50,000 --> 00:05:52,000
here's three days in a row with this person,

102
00:05:52,000 --> 00:05:53,000
a relationship away.

103
00:05:53,000 --> 00:05:55,000
We can create patterns,

104
00:05:55,000 --> 00:05:58,000
apparent patterns of behavior, et cetera.

105
00:05:58,000 --> 00:06:02,000
So at least if they don't have access to everybody else's schedule,

106
00:06:02,000 --> 00:06:04,000
it's harder to engineer that,

107
00:06:04,000 --> 00:06:06,000
like they can only do it one day at a time

108
00:06:06,000 --> 00:06:09,000
or like know that I usually come in on these days,

109
00:06:09,000 --> 00:06:10,000
but it's like,

110
00:06:10,000 --> 00:06:14,000
here are the damages already kind of getting done,

111
00:06:14,000 --> 00:06:16,000
because it's now like a thing where,

112
00:06:16,000 --> 00:06:20,000
you know, everybody can hoard their dirty dishes

113
00:06:20,000 --> 00:06:22,000
until I'm about to leave,

114
00:06:22,000 --> 00:06:25,000
and then dump a whole bunch of dirty dishes on to me.

115
00:06:25,000 --> 00:06:28,000
So it's like I can be completely caught up,

116
00:06:28,000 --> 00:06:29,000
and then all of a sudden,

117
00:06:29,000 --> 00:06:31,000
it's not that everybody's leaving,

118
00:06:31,000 --> 00:06:33,000
like when I worked at the huge,

119
00:06:33,000 --> 00:06:35,000
in a big catering kitchen,

120
00:06:35,000 --> 00:06:38,000
yeah, two or three cooks or chefs would get off,

121
00:06:38,000 --> 00:06:43,000
and then there's naturally a huge pile of stuff

122
00:06:43,000 --> 00:06:46,000
in the dish pit, right?

123
00:06:46,000 --> 00:06:48,000
At that job, there's three dish washers.

124
00:06:48,000 --> 00:06:51,000
There's the sprayer, and then like,

125
00:06:51,000 --> 00:06:54,000
the dryer slash put her awayers.

126
00:06:54,000 --> 00:06:56,000
Sometimes four,

127
00:06:56,000 --> 00:06:58,000
and anyway,

128
00:06:58,000 --> 00:07:00,000
so here it's just me,

129
00:07:00,000 --> 00:07:04,000
but so they can set it up

130
00:07:04,000 --> 00:07:06,000
so that they can truthfully say

131
00:07:06,000 --> 00:07:08,000
that I'm always behind what I leave.

132
00:07:08,000 --> 00:07:09,000
There's always a huge,

133
00:07:09,000 --> 00:07:11,000
which makes it seem like I'm slow,

134
00:07:11,000 --> 00:07:13,000
but no, I'm keeping up all day,

135
00:07:13,000 --> 00:07:15,000
I'm doing prep all day,

136
00:07:15,000 --> 00:07:16,000
like,

137
00:07:16,000 --> 00:07:18,000
oh, well, you're just keeping up,

138
00:07:18,000 --> 00:07:21,000
because the cooks aren't putting their dishes on there.

139
00:07:21,000 --> 00:07:24,000
Like, no, I would definitely be,

140
00:07:24,000 --> 00:07:26,000
like, how can I do,

141
00:07:26,000 --> 00:07:28,000
like, I'm way cheaper.

142
00:07:28,000 --> 00:07:31,000
If I were to do prep officially, I'd be paid more.

143
00:07:31,000 --> 00:07:33,000
But I'm doing prep as a dishwasher,

144
00:07:33,000 --> 00:07:36,000
because I'm just learning prep for the first time ever.

145
00:07:36,000 --> 00:07:37,000
I've done a lot of dishwasher,

146
00:07:37,000 --> 00:07:39,000
but not prep.

147
00:07:39,000 --> 00:07:41,000
So,

148
00:07:41,000 --> 00:07:43,000
you know, they can do little things

149
00:07:43,000 --> 00:07:45,000
to make it seem like I'm doing a poor job.

150
00:07:46,000 --> 00:07:48,000
And then like,

151
00:07:48,000 --> 00:07:50,000
like other stuff,

152
00:07:50,000 --> 00:07:52,000
you know,

153
00:07:52,000 --> 00:07:54,000
it's just a lack of awareness,

154
00:07:54,000 --> 00:07:55,000
but kind of like,

155
00:07:55,000 --> 00:07:56,000
since I'm the new guy,

156
00:07:56,000 --> 00:07:58,000
it's gonna be my fault,

157
00:07:58,000 --> 00:07:59,000
like,

158
00:07:59,000 --> 00:08:01,000
standing in my way,

159
00:08:01,000 --> 00:08:03,000
coming to my area,

160
00:08:03,000 --> 00:08:04,000
and like,

161
00:08:04,000 --> 00:08:06,000
putting stuff,

162
00:08:06,000 --> 00:08:08,000
right where I'm working,

163
00:08:08,000 --> 00:08:09,000
like,

164
00:08:09,000 --> 00:08:10,000
it's clear,

165
00:08:10,000 --> 00:08:12,000
it's not confusing,

166
00:08:12,000 --> 00:08:13,000
like,

167
00:08:13,000 --> 00:08:14,000
I'm only in one place,

168
00:08:14,000 --> 00:08:15,000
and I'm,

169
00:08:15,000 --> 00:08:17,000
you know,

170
00:08:17,000 --> 00:08:18,000
but,

171
00:08:18,000 --> 00:08:19,000
you know,

172
00:08:19,000 --> 00:08:21,000
there could be plausible deniability of like,

173
00:08:21,000 --> 00:08:22,000
oh, they're not a dishwasher,

174
00:08:22,000 --> 00:08:24,000
so they don't know the dishwasher operations.

175
00:08:24,000 --> 00:08:25,000
But then like,

176
00:08:25,000 --> 00:08:27,000
I'm working at a different spot

177
00:08:27,000 --> 00:08:28,000
than coming and putting it,

178
00:08:28,000 --> 00:08:30,000
and then like acting like I'm like,

179
00:08:30,000 --> 00:08:31,000
being super picky,

180
00:08:31,000 --> 00:08:32,000
or what I'm just,

181
00:08:32,000 --> 00:08:33,000
you know,

182
00:08:33,000 --> 00:08:34,000
but I'm,

183
00:08:34,000 --> 00:08:35,000
you know,

184
00:08:35,000 --> 00:08:36,000
I'm getting ahead of myself,

185
00:08:36,000 --> 00:08:38,000
because it's like,

186
00:08:38,000 --> 00:08:39,000
just,

187
00:08:39,000 --> 00:08:40,000
you,

188
00:08:40,000 --> 00:08:42,000
what they want you to do

189
00:08:42,000 --> 00:08:45,000
is start making little rules with them,

190
00:08:45,000 --> 00:08:46,000
and,

191
00:08:46,000 --> 00:08:47,000
you know,

192
00:08:47,000 --> 00:08:48,000
just seeming like,

193
00:08:48,000 --> 00:08:49,000
oh,

194
00:08:49,000 --> 00:08:50,000
you're,

195
00:08:50,000 --> 00:08:51,000
you're always snapping,

196
00:08:51,000 --> 00:08:52,000
or, you know,

197
00:08:52,000 --> 00:08:53,000
stuff like that.

198
00:08:53,000 --> 00:08:54,000
Other things are like,

199
00:08:54,000 --> 00:08:57,000
dumping bacon bits into a sink

200
00:08:57,000 --> 00:09:00,000
that is not used for food usually,

201
00:09:00,000 --> 00:09:01,000
and it's like,

202
00:09:01,000 --> 00:09:05,000
the same person doing all of these weird things,

203
00:09:05,000 --> 00:09:07,000
all at once when like,

204
00:09:07,000 --> 00:09:08,000
for a long time,

205
00:09:08,000 --> 00:09:10,000
it's not been a problem.

206
00:09:10,000 --> 00:09:12,000
So I'm not saying exactly what they are,

207
00:09:12,000 --> 00:09:15,000
but see if I really cared and wanted to go to war

208
00:09:15,000 --> 00:09:17,000
to keep this job,

209
00:09:17,000 --> 00:09:18,000
I'd be like,

210
00:09:18,000 --> 00:09:21,000
even just writing down a list

211
00:09:21,000 --> 00:09:22,000
of all those little things

212
00:09:22,000 --> 00:09:26,000
is no single one is bad enough.

213
00:09:26,000 --> 00:09:28,000
So it's,

214
00:09:28,000 --> 00:09:33,000
you just,

215
00:09:33,000 --> 00:09:35,000
you can only put it into God's hands,

216
00:09:35,000 --> 00:09:36,000
like,

217
00:09:36,000 --> 00:09:37,000
these things are spiritual,

218
00:09:37,000 --> 00:09:38,000
they are not.

219
00:09:39,000 --> 00:09:42,000
You know,

220
00:09:42,000 --> 00:09:45,000
doesn't it seem like I'm sitting here trying to rationalize

221
00:09:45,000 --> 00:09:47,000
doing a bad job?

222
00:09:47,000 --> 00:09:49,000
Now I try to go to the boss and like,

223
00:09:49,000 --> 00:09:50,000
get ahead of it and say,

224
00:09:50,000 --> 00:09:51,000
oh,

225
00:09:51,000 --> 00:09:52,000
I think there's going to be complaints about me about,

226
00:09:52,000 --> 00:09:53,000
well,

227
00:09:53,000 --> 00:09:54,000
what are you doing?

228
00:09:54,000 --> 00:09:55,000
You know, it's like,

229
00:09:55,000 --> 00:09:56,000
oh,

230
00:09:56,000 --> 00:09:57,000
guilty conscience,

231
00:09:57,000 --> 00:09:58,000
like kick dogs,

232
00:09:58,000 --> 00:09:59,000
holler,

233
00:09:59,000 --> 00:10:00,000
or whatever,

234
00:10:00,000 --> 00:10:01,000
hit dogs,

235
00:10:01,000 --> 00:10:02,000
stuff like that.

236
00:10:02,000 --> 00:10:05,000
So there's no human way to fight

237
00:10:05,000 --> 00:10:07,000
the narcissism at work.

238
00:10:08,000 --> 00:10:10,000
And I don't know if there's an actual way

239
00:10:10,000 --> 00:10:12,000
besides just putting in a two-week notice

240
00:10:12,000 --> 00:10:14,000
because then,

241
00:10:14,000 --> 00:10:15,000
you know,

242
00:10:15,000 --> 00:10:16,000
it's,

243
00:10:16,000 --> 00:10:18,000
it's the devaluation phase before the discard.

244
00:10:18,000 --> 00:10:20,000
The discard can be a monkeys paw

245
00:10:20,000 --> 00:10:22,000
of making the boss be the one to discard me,

246
00:10:22,000 --> 00:10:23,000
like,

247
00:10:23,000 --> 00:10:24,000
oh,

248
00:10:24,000 --> 00:10:27,000
you worked extra hard in the beginning,

249
00:10:27,000 --> 00:10:28,000
but then,

250
00:10:28,000 --> 00:10:29,000
you know,

251
00:10:29,000 --> 00:10:31,000
you got comfortable and you started slow and down,

252
00:10:31,000 --> 00:10:32,000
like,

253
00:10:32,000 --> 00:10:33,000
that's how it looks,

254
00:10:33,000 --> 00:10:34,000
right?

255
00:10:34,000 --> 00:10:35,000
Because at the beginning,

256
00:10:35,000 --> 00:10:36,000
all these people are liking me

257
00:10:36,000 --> 00:10:37,000
and love bombing me.

258
00:10:37,000 --> 00:10:39,000
It's the,

259
00:10:39,000 --> 00:10:40,000
you know,

260
00:10:40,000 --> 00:10:41,000
the two people,

261
00:10:41,000 --> 00:10:43,000
and then there's just,

262
00:10:43,000 --> 00:10:45,000
you know,

263
00:10:45,000 --> 00:10:48,000
what would be a phrase for them.

264
00:10:48,000 --> 00:10:52,000
They're not flying monkeys yet,

265
00:10:52,000 --> 00:10:55,000
but they could be turned into flying monkeys,

266
00:10:55,000 --> 00:10:57,000
like they're neutral.

267
00:10:57,000 --> 00:11:00,000
They're civilians in a sense,

268
00:11:00,000 --> 00:11:03,000
and they're convinced by,

269
00:11:03,000 --> 00:11:05,000
they're convinced by the manipulation,

270
00:11:05,000 --> 00:11:07,000
and then when I point out the manipulation,

271
00:11:07,000 --> 00:11:09,000
it starts sounding like I'm crazy,

272
00:11:09,000 --> 00:11:10,000
or like,

273
00:11:10,000 --> 00:11:11,000
you know,

274
00:11:11,000 --> 00:11:13,000
you can only point out super obvious stuff,

275
00:11:13,000 --> 00:11:14,000
that's just like,

276
00:11:14,000 --> 00:11:15,000
but then it's just like,

277
00:11:15,000 --> 00:11:16,000
oh,

278
00:11:16,000 --> 00:11:18,000
it's just this person being silly.

279
00:11:18,000 --> 00:11:20,000
And you can't sit there and say,

280
00:11:20,000 --> 00:11:22,000
what about the five other things happening today,

281
00:11:22,000 --> 00:11:24,000
so it's just like,

282
00:11:24,000 --> 00:11:28,000
you turn into a complainer all of a sudden,

283
00:11:28,000 --> 00:11:30,000
like,

284
00:11:30,000 --> 00:11:33,000
it's just like a few little behavior,

285
00:11:33,000 --> 00:11:34,000
like,

286
00:11:34,000 --> 00:11:36,000
see how I'm burning all this energy.

287
00:11:36,000 --> 00:11:40,000
Like,

288
00:11:40,000 --> 00:11:42,000
I really hope there's a way,

289
00:11:42,000 --> 00:11:44,000
other than just putting in a two week notice,

290
00:11:44,000 --> 00:11:46,000
because I really don't want to change jobs again,

291
00:11:46,000 --> 00:11:47,000
I do like this job,

292
00:11:47,000 --> 00:11:49,000
but then,

293
00:11:49,000 --> 00:11:51,000
you can see the disappointment

294
00:11:51,000 --> 00:11:52,000
in the boss's face,

295
00:11:52,000 --> 00:11:53,000
like,

296
00:11:53,000 --> 00:11:56,000
as it's not working out.

297
00:11:56,000 --> 00:11:57,000
And so it's like,

298
00:11:57,000 --> 00:11:58,000
I'm working with the boss,

299
00:11:58,000 --> 00:11:59,000
and it's like,

300
00:11:59,000 --> 00:12:00,000
oh, I'm putting my best foot forward,

301
00:12:00,000 --> 00:12:02,000
because he's always impressed with me,

302
00:12:02,000 --> 00:12:05,000
directly when he's giving me stuff to do directly,

303
00:12:05,000 --> 00:12:07,000
but what do you think that's doing?

304
00:12:07,000 --> 00:12:08,000
That's causing,

305
00:12:08,000 --> 00:12:11,000
like, jealousy and envy and insecurity in people.

306
00:12:11,000 --> 00:12:14,000
And so if I'm performing very well with the boss,

307
00:12:14,000 --> 00:12:16,000
but then everybody's complaining about me,

308
00:12:16,000 --> 00:12:17,000
the boss has no choice,

309
00:12:17,000 --> 00:12:20,000
but to get rid of me, right?

310
00:12:20,000 --> 00:12:23,000
So it's,

311
00:12:23,000 --> 00:12:26,000
and every little thing that I do,

312
00:12:26,000 --> 00:12:27,000
tall poppy syndrome,

313
00:12:27,000 --> 00:12:28,000
every,

314
00:12:28,000 --> 00:12:29,000
like,

315
00:12:29,000 --> 00:12:30,000
everything I do,

316
00:12:30,000 --> 00:12:32,000
that like stands up a little bit above the crowd,

317
00:12:32,000 --> 00:12:34,000
it's going to be chipped away at.

318
00:12:34,000 --> 00:12:35,000
That's,

319
00:12:39,000 --> 00:12:44,000
either Australian or New Zealander,

320
00:12:44,000 --> 00:12:49,000
phrase, tall poppy syndrome.

321
00:12:49,000 --> 00:12:52,000
The tall nail gets hammered down.

322
00:12:52,000 --> 00:12:54,000
There's other different cultures,

323
00:12:54,000 --> 00:12:57,000
have different sayings for it.

324
00:12:57,000 --> 00:12:59,000
So yeah,

325
00:12:59,000 --> 00:13:00,000
like your first,

326
00:13:00,000 --> 00:13:01,000
you really,

327
00:13:01,000 --> 00:13:04,000
something that's new to me with all of the stuff,

328
00:13:04,000 --> 00:13:06,000
is just listening to my instinct.

329
00:13:06,000 --> 00:13:07,000
But like,

330
00:13:07,000 --> 00:13:08,000
on the other hand,

331
00:13:08,000 --> 00:13:09,000
you could say,

332
00:13:09,000 --> 00:13:10,000
oh, you're just,

333
00:13:10,000 --> 00:13:12,000
you're manifesting it into reality,

334
00:13:12,000 --> 00:13:15,000
by thinking that your instinct might be correct,

335
00:13:15,000 --> 00:13:16,000
instead of denying it.

336
00:13:16,000 --> 00:13:19,000
And I don't necessarily have an answer for that,

337
00:13:19,000 --> 00:13:20,000
but,

338
00:13:22,000 --> 00:13:23,000
it'd be the question,

339
00:13:23,000 --> 00:13:24,000
do,

340
00:13:24,000 --> 00:13:26,000
do my thoughts create all of reality,

341
00:13:26,000 --> 00:13:29,000
or is this a co-creative reality with other conscious,

342
00:13:29,000 --> 00:13:33,000
or other reality creating?

343
00:13:33,000 --> 00:13:34,000
You know,

344
00:13:34,000 --> 00:13:35,000
if everything's waves,

345
00:13:35,000 --> 00:13:38,000
everyone is creating

346
00:13:38,000 --> 00:13:40,000
some portion of reality,

347
00:13:40,000 --> 00:13:42,000
and then they're intersecting.

348
00:13:42,000 --> 00:13:43,000
So it's like,

349
00:13:43,000 --> 00:13:47,000
is it me manifesting what seems like other people manifesting,

350
00:13:47,000 --> 00:13:49,000
or are there other people manifesting,

351
00:13:49,000 --> 00:13:51,000
or is it both?

352
00:13:51,000 --> 00:13:53,000
And I think,

353
00:13:53,000 --> 00:13:56,000
it is reality where all people can manifest,

354
00:13:56,000 --> 00:13:58,000
but then I think what happens is

355
00:13:58,000 --> 00:14:01,000
the control structure of the world,

356
00:14:01,000 --> 00:14:07,000
actually programs people to manifest their vision.

357
00:14:07,000 --> 00:14:09,000
So, you know,

358
00:14:09,000 --> 00:14:14,000
you get 10,000 sleepwalkers manifesting,

359
00:14:14,000 --> 00:14:16,000
whatever's on the news,

360
00:14:16,000 --> 00:14:18,000
so like they manifest weather.

361
00:14:18,000 --> 00:14:21,000
It might be very weak,

362
00:14:22,000 --> 00:14:25,000
because it's sort of compelled rather than like,

363
00:14:25,000 --> 00:14:27,000
internally driven of like,

364
00:14:27,000 --> 00:14:28,000
you know,

365
00:14:28,000 --> 00:14:30,000
I'm picturing like the most beautiful sunny day,

366
00:14:30,000 --> 00:14:32,000
or it's going to be sunny all day on my hike.

367
00:14:32,000 --> 00:14:33,000
Like,

368
00:14:33,000 --> 00:14:36,000
one person could have 10,000 times the manifestation power,

369
00:14:36,000 --> 00:14:38,000
if they are,

370
00:14:38,000 --> 00:14:40,000
staying,

371
00:14:40,000 --> 00:14:41,000
you know,

372
00:14:41,000 --> 00:14:42,000
clean,

373
00:14:42,000 --> 00:14:43,000
energetically clean,

374
00:14:43,000 --> 00:14:44,000
like,

375
00:14:44,000 --> 00:14:45,000
I would have,

376
00:14:45,000 --> 00:14:46,000
for the last many years,

377
00:14:46,000 --> 00:14:47,000
that being vegan,

378
00:14:47,000 --> 00:14:48,000
but being vegetarian,

379
00:14:48,000 --> 00:14:50,000
and only,

380
00:14:50,000 --> 00:14:53,000
intentionally buying vegan food,

381
00:14:53,000 --> 00:14:54,000
or jane food,

382
00:14:54,000 --> 00:14:55,000
or raising your own food,

383
00:14:55,000 --> 00:14:56,000
you know,

384
00:14:56,000 --> 00:14:57,000
ethically sustainably,

385
00:14:57,000 --> 00:14:58,000
et cetera,

386
00:14:58,000 --> 00:14:59,000
et cetera,

387
00:14:59,000 --> 00:15:02,000
not putting costs or problems onto other people.

388
00:15:02,000 --> 00:15:05,000
Not sucking people's energy,

389
00:15:05,000 --> 00:15:06,000
like an narcissist,

390
00:15:06,000 --> 00:15:08,000
narcissistic abuse.

391
00:15:08,000 --> 00:15:11,000
That will all catch up with them,

392
00:15:11,000 --> 00:15:12,000
but then,

393
00:15:12,000 --> 00:15:15,000
so my choosing to work in this kitchen,

394
00:15:15,000 --> 00:15:16,000
I think,

395
00:15:16,000 --> 00:15:18,000
because of people's connections with me,

396
00:15:19,000 --> 00:15:22,000
actually put some cover of protection over them,

397
00:15:22,000 --> 00:15:23,000
as well.

398
00:15:23,000 --> 00:15:25,000
So it is beneficial for me to be there,

399
00:15:25,000 --> 00:15:27,000
and people might not receive their karma,

400
00:15:27,000 --> 00:15:29,000
as long as I'm there.

401
00:15:29,000 --> 00:15:32,000
So if there's some like universal pushing me out of the kitchen,

402
00:15:32,000 --> 00:15:33,000
that happens,

403
00:15:33,000 --> 00:15:36,000
it's because it might be that these people's karma is due.

404
00:15:36,000 --> 00:15:38,000
It might be that I have other things

405
00:15:38,000 --> 00:15:39,000
that I should be doing,

406
00:15:39,000 --> 00:15:43,000
and I'm in a place that is not my place,

407
00:15:43,000 --> 00:15:44,000
you know,

408
00:15:44,000 --> 00:15:45,000
like,

409
00:15:45,000 --> 00:15:47,000
so I just got this job a few weeks ago,

410
00:15:47,000 --> 00:15:48,000
but at the same time,

411
00:15:48,000 --> 00:15:50,000
my YouTube channel is popping off,

412
00:15:50,000 --> 00:15:51,000
and like,

413
00:15:51,000 --> 00:15:53,000
all this support is rolling in now.

414
00:15:53,000 --> 00:15:56,000
And I use the support to land my next job,

415
00:15:56,000 --> 00:15:57,000
basically,

416
00:15:57,000 --> 00:15:58,000
I fed myself,

417
00:15:58,000 --> 00:15:59,000
I interviewed,

418
00:15:59,000 --> 00:16:00,000
I got the job,

419
00:16:00,000 --> 00:16:01,000
I got my first paycheck,

420
00:16:01,000 --> 00:16:03,000
I'm continuing to work,

421
00:16:03,000 --> 00:16:05,000
the next paycheck is due today,

422
00:16:05,000 --> 00:16:08,000
so hopefully by tomorrow,

423
00:16:08,000 --> 00:16:09,000
right?

424
00:16:09,000 --> 00:16:10,000
So,

425
00:16:10,000 --> 00:16:14,000
it's definitely been a beneficial experience and everything,

426
00:16:14,000 --> 00:16:16,000
and just like being able to manifest

427
00:16:16,000 --> 00:16:19,000
the Trucketarian stuff,

428
00:16:19,000 --> 00:16:22,000
Trucketarian is what I am playing off of.

429
00:16:22,000 --> 00:16:27,000
It's by another guy in the anarcho-capitalist stuff,

430
00:16:27,000 --> 00:16:28,000
Max Egan,

431
00:16:28,000 --> 00:16:29,000
very old timer,

432
00:16:29,000 --> 00:16:30,000
he's been in bands,

433
00:16:30,000 --> 00:16:31,000
et cetera, et cetera.

434
00:16:31,000 --> 00:16:33,000
Haven't been watching his videos for a long time,

435
00:16:33,000 --> 00:16:35,000
but I trucketarian is what he calls people,

436
00:16:35,000 --> 00:16:37,000
whatever it comes off trucks.

437
00:16:37,000 --> 00:16:38,000
So,

438
00:16:38,000 --> 00:16:39,000
Kitchetarian,

439
00:16:39,000 --> 00:16:41,000
whatever it comes out of the kitchen that I'm in.

440
00:16:41,000 --> 00:16:44,000
So,

441
00:16:45,000 --> 00:16:46,000
yeah, so,

442
00:16:46,000 --> 00:16:47,000
you know,

443
00:16:47,000 --> 00:16:48,000
even though I'm eating meats,

444
00:16:48,000 --> 00:16:50,000
it's Kitchetarian meat,

445
00:16:50,000 --> 00:16:52,000
it's meat that I'm not actually buying.

446
00:16:52,000 --> 00:16:56,000
It's an extra salad that was for a vegetarian,

447
00:16:56,000 --> 00:16:58,000
that accidentally had bacon bits put on it.

448
00:16:58,000 --> 00:17:00,000
I got to eat that,

449
00:17:00,000 --> 00:17:02,000
because I'm a Kitchetarian,

450
00:17:02,000 --> 00:17:03,000
not a vegetarian,

451
00:17:03,000 --> 00:17:04,000
but energetically,

452
00:17:04,000 --> 00:17:07,000
nothing changed about the outcome of that thing.

453
00:17:07,000 --> 00:17:08,000
So, yeah,

454
00:17:08,000 --> 00:17:09,000
I'm going fast,

455
00:17:09,000 --> 00:17:10,000
I'm all over the place,

456
00:17:10,000 --> 00:17:12,000
I've still got a ton of energy today,

457
00:17:12,000 --> 00:17:15,000
and it's a beautiful sunny day,

458
00:17:15,000 --> 00:17:17,000
and,

459
00:17:17,000 --> 00:17:18,000
oh, blue jay,

460
00:17:18,000 --> 00:17:20,000
and so,

461
00:17:20,000 --> 00:17:21,000
yeah.

462
00:17:21,000 --> 00:17:25,000
You know,

463
00:17:25,000 --> 00:17:27,000
everything on God's time,

464
00:17:27,000 --> 00:17:29,000
I'm always in the right place,

465
00:17:29,000 --> 00:17:32,000
like even if it seems like stuff isn't supposed to happen,

466
00:17:32,000 --> 00:17:33,000
it is,

467
00:17:33,000 --> 00:17:36,000
like even all those little,

468
00:17:36,000 --> 00:17:37,000
yeah,

469
00:17:37,000 --> 00:17:41,000
I've dealt with the narcissistic abuse stuff before,

470
00:17:41,000 --> 00:17:43,000
and so I can just identify,

471
00:17:43,000 --> 00:17:45,000
like instead of sitting here,

472
00:17:45,000 --> 00:17:46,000
like,

473
00:17:46,000 --> 00:17:47,000
starting the log,

474
00:17:47,000 --> 00:17:48,000
like thinking about,

475
00:17:48,000 --> 00:17:49,000
oh, no,

476
00:17:49,000 --> 00:17:50,000
what am I going to do next?

477
00:17:50,000 --> 00:17:52,000
Where am I going to apply next?

478
00:17:52,000 --> 00:17:53,000
I'm just like,

479
00:17:53,000 --> 00:17:55,000
I know I'm protected,

480
00:17:55,000 --> 00:17:57,000
which has maybe always been the case,

481
00:17:57,000 --> 00:17:58,000
but once I start acting,

482
00:17:58,000 --> 00:18:00,000
and like keeping notes in this and that,

483
00:18:00,000 --> 00:18:02,000
then it starts being like,

484
00:18:02,000 --> 00:18:03,000
I'm going out,

485
00:18:03,000 --> 00:18:05,000
I'm taking away from my authenticity,

486
00:18:05,000 --> 00:18:10,000
to do a 3D level response to warfare,

487
00:18:10,000 --> 00:18:11,000
like,

488
00:18:11,000 --> 00:18:15,000
there probably is room for some 3D responses,

489
00:18:15,000 --> 00:18:17,000
I don't completely know,

490
00:18:17,000 --> 00:18:18,000
like,

491
00:18:18,000 --> 00:18:20,000
how far do I take defending myself?

492
00:18:20,000 --> 00:18:21,000
Like,

493
00:18:21,000 --> 00:18:23,000
how hard do I hold on to the job,

494
00:18:23,000 --> 00:18:24,000
you know?

495
00:18:24,000 --> 00:18:25,000
Like,

496
00:18:25,000 --> 00:18:27,000
I don't want to be just like,

497
00:18:27,000 --> 00:18:28,000
flipping,

498
00:18:28,000 --> 00:18:29,000
like,

499
00:18:29,000 --> 00:18:30,000
I don't care,

500
00:18:30,000 --> 00:18:31,000
like,

501
00:18:31,000 --> 00:18:32,000
energetically,

502
00:18:32,000 --> 00:18:33,000
that's what it should be,

503
00:18:33,000 --> 00:18:34,000
but in the physical,

504
00:18:34,000 --> 00:18:35,000
it seems like there's still some,

505
00:18:35,000 --> 00:18:36,000
like,

506
00:18:36,000 --> 00:18:37,000
due diligence,

507
00:18:37,000 --> 00:18:38,000
some,

508
00:18:38,000 --> 00:18:39,000
you know,

509
00:18:39,000 --> 00:18:40,000
that I can go through to,

510
00:18:40,000 --> 00:18:41,000
like,

511
00:18:41,000 --> 00:18:43,000
try to make the situation smooth,

512
00:18:43,000 --> 00:18:44,000
make sure,

513
00:18:44,000 --> 00:18:45,000
like,

514
00:18:45,000 --> 00:18:47,000
everybody grows and learns and whatnot.

515
00:18:47,000 --> 00:18:48,000
So yeah,

516
00:18:48,000 --> 00:18:49,000
just under a minute left,

517
00:18:49,000 --> 00:18:51,000
I know I've just been on turbo here.

518
00:18:51,000 --> 00:18:53,000
I feel like the two topics are,

519
00:18:53,000 --> 00:18:54,000
like,

520
00:18:54,000 --> 00:18:55,000
pretty overlaided,

521
00:18:55,000 --> 00:18:56,000
over,

522
00:18:56,000 --> 00:18:57,000
like,

523
00:18:57,000 --> 00:18:58,000
related,

524
00:18:58,000 --> 00:18:59,000
interrelated,

525
00:18:59,000 --> 00:19:00,000
even though they're,

526
00:19:00,000 --> 00:19:01,000
like,

527
00:19:01,000 --> 00:19:02,000
on the surface different,

528
00:19:02,000 --> 00:19:03,000
like,

529
00:19:03,000 --> 00:19:05,000
narcissistic abuse happening at work,

530
00:19:05,000 --> 00:19:06,000
truck,

531
00:19:07,000 --> 00:19:07,120
or,

532
00:19:07,120 --> 00:19:08,000
sorry,

533
00:19:08,000 --> 00:19:09,000
kitchitarianism,

534
00:19:10,000 --> 00:19:11,000
like,

535
00:19:11,000 --> 00:19:14,000
going with the flow versus controlling is kind of the theme.

536
00:19:15,000 --> 00:19:16,000
Like,

537
00:19:16,000 --> 00:19:18,000
where's the line,

538
00:19:18,000 --> 00:19:19,000
to tow between,

539
00:19:19,000 --> 00:19:21,000
taking control of the situation,

540
00:19:21,000 --> 00:19:23,000
and like pushing your desires,

541
00:19:23,000 --> 00:19:25,000
or going with the flow,

542
00:19:25,000 --> 00:19:26,000
you know,

543
00:19:26,000 --> 00:19:27,000
they're both right.

544
00:19:27,000 --> 00:19:29,000
I think I,

545
00:19:29,000 --> 00:19:32,000
Tiel Swan channel has touched on that explicitly,

546
00:19:32,000 --> 00:19:33,000
so check out that video,

547
00:19:33,000 --> 00:19:35,000
I'll put a link in the description.

548
00:19:35,000 --> 00:19:43,560
So yeah, thanks a lot for joining. Thanks for all the support and everything and I hope you're enjoying and getting something out of the channel

549
00:19:44,200 --> 00:19:46,880
Looking forward to seeing you next time take care. Bye
